Heat power complex includes heat insulated reservoir, heating elements, thermal sensors, burner, channel for transportation of liquid from reservoir to burner, pipelines, combustion process control device. At that, in the above heat-insulated reservoir of technical animal fat in its lower part there is a heating element equipped with a temperature sensor and an electric valve for feeding liquid animal fat, in the upper part there is a temperature sensor and a technical animal fat level sensor is fixed, the thermally insulated reservoir contains a heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to the exhauster, and input through exhaust gas flow switch with air heater, channel for transportation of liquid from reservoir to burner of air heater is equipped with in-series installed electric valve for feeding liquid animal fat, a flexible electric heater, an electric diesel fuel supply valve communicated with a diesel fuel tank, a heater with a temperature sensor, a filter, and the above combustion control device is an automated control unit.
EFFECT: high completeness of fuel combustion with high calorific value, improved environmental properties due to utilization of process wastes, as well as high efficiency and reliability of operation of the system.
