SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radio base station and a communication system comprising a radio base station. Radio base station includes a first radio module for radio communication with first associated radio communication devices and a second radio module for radio communication with second associated radio communication devices, both radio modules communicating with each other, wherein, through said communication, the second radio module influences radio communication activity of the first radio module, and the first radio module, depending on the radio communication activity, is influenced by the first radio module to optimise energy-saving by maintaining synchronisation with the second radio devices.
EFFECT: ensuring optimisation of energy-saving.
