SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication networks. User terminal comprises: a transmission section configured to transmit uplink control information; a control section configured to control transmission of uplink control information carried out using the uplink shared channel. At least one of the moments of transmission and/or duration of the transmission interval of the uplink common channel and the moment of transmission and/or duration of the uplink control information transmission interval can be differently configured for each act of transmission. Control section is configured, when uplink control information is transmitted using an uplink shared channel, controlling uplink shared channel transmission and uplink control information, assuming that transmission and/or duration of transmission intervals of the uplink shared channel and the uplink control information are matched.
EFFECT: technical result consists in implementation of communication with flexible, non-fixed control of transmission moments.
