FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to aluminum-based alloy, and can be used for production of deformed semi-products intended for production of critical parts suitable for argon-arc welding and allowing for heating to 350 °C. Proposed aluminum-based deformable alloy contains wt.%: 2.2–3.0 Ca; 3.5–4.5 Zn; 2.0–2.5 Mg; 0.1–0.4 Fe; 0.05–0.15 Si; 0.12–0.28 Zr; 0.06–0.12 Sc; the rest is aluminum. It has a structure consisting of an aluminum matrix containing at least 2.5 % zinc, at least 2.0 % magnesium, not less than 0.1 % zirconium and not less than 0.06 % scandium, and calcium-containing particles with average size of not more than 5 mcm and with volume fraction of not less than 6.5 %.
EFFECT: creation of heat-resistant alloy intended for production of deformed semi-finished products and welded joints with high level of mechanical properties at maintaining plasticity.
