SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an additive for hydraulically setting compositions comprising a colloidal disperse preparation containing at least one salt of a polyvalent metal cation with at least one organic phosphonate and/or phosphate compound as an anion and at least one polymer dispersant containing anionic and/or anionic groups and side chains of polyether. Invention also relates to a method of producing an additive, use thereof and to a mixture of construction materials.
EFFECT: technical result is prevention of delamination and high early strength.
