FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a construction chemical composition which can be used as a quick-setting mortar for laying tiles on the floor and on walls, which shows tear-off strength of at least 0.5 MPa after 6 hours. Composition preferably contains 25–45 wt. % portland cement, preferably does not include fast-setting aluminate cement, preferably 0.5–1 wt. % hardening accelerator, including calcium hydrosilicate (CSH), preferably in combination with 0.5–2.5 % by weight of calcium salt, preferably 1–5 % by weight of a latex powder with a molecular weight of at least 500,000 g/mol, preferably 0.1–0.5 % by weight of a water-retaining agent selected from at least one cellulose ester, optionally a rheological modifier, and additionally sand and filler of CaCO3.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining high strength in separation after 6 hours, which enables to use said chemical composition as a quick-setting mortar for laying tiles.
