FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and can be used in production of whole native serum. Method for producing native blood serum of animals involves taking blood in a vessel, peeling at temperature of 37–38 °C with subsequent clot retraction in a refrigerator at temperature of 4–6 °C, serum suction and blood clotting, centrifuging, preservation, combination of serums. Blood is taken after preliminary wetting of the walls of the vessel by sodium hypochlorite with concentration of 350–300 mg/l in amount of 3.0–3.5 ml of sodium hypochlorite per 1 l of the volume of the container used for blood sampling, and peeling is carried out for 2–3 hours during subsequent retraction of clot in refrigerator for 16–18 hours, before placing container with blood in refrigerator performing separation of formed clot by shaking container with cover closed, and after suction of the main batch of serum, the clot is ground to particles of 4–6 cm³ and maintained in a refrigerator at temperature of 2–4 °C for at least 24 hours for retraction of the crushed clot and after draining the serum, it is centrifuged, preserved and combined with the main batch.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain whole undiluted native serum with high output thereof from the volume of blood taken.
