FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Burner with preliminary mixing of combustible gas and air includes on the base a hollow cylindrical housing with channels for air supply, inside of which there installed in the axial direction is a cylindrical gas collector and a vortex former. Gas collector has on its thin-wall cylindrical surface one or several annular belts with through calibrated holes for gas supply into annular space between burner housing and gas manifold housing, made with a predetermined pitch and uniformly shifted along the belts by a predetermined radial angle, located in the direction of the air flow movement from the air channels in the flow part direction of the burner, at that, the vortex generating device has a wing-like shape with peripheral and tangentially deflected guide vanes located in the annular flow space of the burner, wherein burner body flame part has inside annular groove, on which additional partition distributing nozzle grid is installed, and the flame tube on the outside has two or more annular grooves with through tangential directed towards the flow part of the burner with ejection holes.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and thermal capacity of gas burner, stability of combustion with low NOx emission, elimination of reverse passage of flame and flaps, reduced buckling of combustion chamber and thermoacoustic vibrations for turbines.
