FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: burner comprises a hollow cylindrical body mounted on a base, inside which a gas manifold with a nozzle is installed in the axial direction. The burner body comprises at least one inlet fuel channel directed along the axis, and one inlet air channel directed radially inside the body, with feeding of combustible gas and air into a mixing zone provided with several vortex and mixing surfaces spaced along circumference by means of vortex and mixing surfaces. The nozzle is provided with peripheral and radially disposed holes and a vortex former which is made in the form of a thin-walled cylinder with tangentially bent inside and outside guide blade elements turned at an angle from 30 to 60°. The burner body has an internal bore not exceeding the length of the gas manifold, two or more through slots are uniformly arranged over the groove entire length, the conical convergence is made in the upper part of the body at angle of 45-60° relative to the burner axis in direction of air motion. The nozzle can additionally include a conical streamlined adapter, and the burner body in the mixing zone has an additional profiled guide conical washer.
EFFECT: increased operation efficiency of the gas burner, stable and complete combustion process with fixation of flame in axial direction, simplified design, improved manufacturability and repairability, reliability and durability, reduced noise, vibrations and emission of flue gases.
