SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for installing a closing system for gas pipelines under pressure used for connection of branches to gas pipelines. Device contains a tee with a fitting, a disconnecting device, a connecting gateway with a purge valve, a housing with a supply screw, a shaft sealing and centering unit, a supply pipe with handles, a thrust bearing, a shaft rotation unit and a supply pipe assembly, a steering wheel, a rotation shaft with a center hole and a key fastener. Closing system comprises a key with a centering device relative to the axis of rotation of the shaft, with the device holding the plug, and a device for centering the plug relative to the axis of rotation of the shaft, a threaded plug, a fitting with a threaded seat and elements ensuring measures against unauthorized unscrewing.

EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of the plug fitment in the fitting and the reliability of the installation process with safety in the performance of work on the connection of gas pipelines.
