FIELD: plasma cutting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for gas-flame treatment of materials and is intended mainly for series production of gas-air burners. Proposed device comprises gas feed regulating unit, barrel with gas feed channel, injector, nozzle composed of cylindrical pipe section with deformed edge and mixing chamber. Deformed wall of nozzle adjoins outer surface of mixing chamber and forms air ejector, wherein the injection channel is connected directly to the cavity of the mixing chamber, the mixing chamber is made with a preliminary air ejector in the form of radial holes. Following geometric parameters are satisfied for the device: L=(0.5…2.5)×D; Lck=(…0.5-2.0)×D, where L is the length of the nozzle cylindrical part, Lc is the length of the cavity of the mixing chamber, D is the inner diameter of the nozzle cylindrical part.
EFFECT: invention can be used in production of gas-oxygen burners, gas-oxygen cutters, gas cutters, kerosene cutters and other gas-flame equipment.
