FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: plant is designed for application in production of viscous, highly viscous and light oil. The plant comprises pump cylinder, two hollow moving plungers - lower and upper. Upper part of pump cylinder is connected to column of pump-compressor pipes by means of coupling. Lower part of pump cylinder is connected by means of coupling to pump filter. Inside cylinder there are two pressure valves. Lower valve has increased flow passage and is adjustable. Upper valve is not adjustable. Upper and lower plungers are connected by means of semi-rod and by means of pressure valve units. Upper plunger is connected to column of rods by means of hollow stem. External diametre of stem is less than internal diametre of plunger, which is retained on top and bottom by orifices with holes and upper valve unit. Lower end of pump cylinder has suction valve fixed to it, which consists of truncated cone, drain rod with thread threaded on cone, which is fixed by pins to prevent it from rotation.

EFFECT: increased pump delivery rate, column service life, achievement of pump operation stability.
