SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and pharmaceutical industry, in particular to production of biologically active additive (BAA) for food, and can be used both for preventive purposes, and together with therapeutic agents during seasonal infections. BAA to food is made in the form of a solid gelatin capsule and contains spray dried drying plant extracts of thistle, rhodiola rosea, rosehips, raspberry leaves, citrus bioflavonoids, rutin, sodium ascorbate, potato starch, talc in the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: holy thistle extract – 10–12, rhodiola rosea extract – 10–12, rosehips extract – 10–12, raspberry leaves extract – 10–12, citrus fruit bioflavonoids – 5, rutin – 7.5–10, sodium ascorbate – 10, potato starch – 11.5–17, talc – 10–15, gelatin capsule – 5.5.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce new BAA to food with increased content of biologically active substances possessing immunomodulating, general tonic properties.
