SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to biologically active food additives. Biologically active food additive is presented in the form of pellets encapsulated in a gelatinous enteric dissolution capsule. Biologically active food additive based on vegetable raw material contains in a certain ratio Uncaria tomentosa bark extract, peach leaves extract, ascorbic acid, tocopherol acetate 50 %, beta-carotene 20 %, potato starch, talc and magnesium stearate.
EFFECT: invention allows producing a new biologically active food additive aimed at immunity strengthening and used as an additional source of antioxidants and vitamins.
