Elements of the rack on each side include a wheel, a drive motor, a platform between the wheel and the post, the first hinged connection connecting the post and the platform, and the second hinged joint connecting the platform and the wheel. Recharging system for an electric vehicle comprises an electric vehicle. Electric vehicle comprises charging device. Electric vehicle comprises an elongated post and a base having symmetrical elements at opposite ends from the post. Axles of wheels are parallel to each other and perpendicular to post in unfolded orientation and folded orientation.
EFFECT: reduced weight of structure.
