FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles designed for movement along different surfaces, including rough ones. Proposed vehicle contains support for object to be transported, pair of cross wheels connected with support and made in common unit with support, motor drive installed in said unit and connected with wheels. Automatic control systems is furnished with special device for generating speed mismatch and displacement mismatch signals and device for generating vehicle longitudinal tilting signals and longitudinal tilting angular velocity signals. It has also adder whose inputs are coupled with corresponding outputs of indicating devices generating speed and displacement mismatch signals and devices generating vehicle longitudinal tilting and tilting angular velocity signals. Output of adder is coupled with drive from motor. Second design version differs from first one by connecting the wheels in two groups installed from turning around axis passing through centers of groups, provision of drive from motor including wheel drive motor and group drive motor. EFFECT: provision of vehicle stability at place and in motion, even when climbing up or moving down the stairs owing to drive of wheels. 41 cl, 13 dwg
