FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: disc brake of wheel pair with independent rotation of wheels, consisting of two disc brake units, comprising housing, pivotally mounted on it with its middle part two levers (internal and external), on ends of which on one side of housing is hingedly fixed power cylinder, on the other - brake shoes with straps for frictional interaction with brake disc, device for block position adjustment and stabilization relative to brake disc at released brake position, made in form of traction rod, hingedly connected by its ends to levers, according to invention uses wheel of independent wheel pair with friction disc as brake disc, and additionally to each unit there are rollers which are hingedly fixed on the internal lever and located radially to the wheel; traction body; lock nut; nut; rod with thread, which is screwed into traction body and equipped with lock nut; rod with rod, which is inserted into traction body and fixed by nut; spring installed inside the traction body and releasing the levers in the disinhibited condition of the system, and screw thread with left and right thread connects internal levers of blocks, which are fixed on housing and have degree of freedom in axial direction.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced wear of friction surfaces of friction pairs, longer service life in 1,2–1,3 times compared to typical brakes of car bogies.
