FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering, particularly, to space system control methods. Method of controlling the reusable space system involves starting the first stage engines, separating the first stage of the space system, launching and flying according to the specified second stage program. First stage is made in the form of bundle of at least three disc-like aircrafts forming the platform. In the centre of the platform the second stage is installed in the form of carrier with payload. After starting the first stage engines, the start position of the second stage is corrected and stabilized. Engines of the second step of the carrier are switched on, mechanical and electrical separation of the first step from the second one is performed. First-stage disc-shaped aircrafts are driven from each other and from the central axis of the system. Disc-shaped aircrafts of the first stage ligament are automatically returned to the place of assembly and made vertically.
EFFECT: provided is higher system reliability.
