FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, to cooling devices of electric motors of pump units, bearing units and frequency converters of electric motors installed in premises of pumping stations. Proposed device comprises cooling circuit (CC) filled with evaporating liquid and evaporator and heat exchanger connected to each other by means of evaporating liquid and high-temperature circuit of electric motor of pump units and frequency converter. In the high-temperature circuit the common compressor is installed, and CC of the specified electric installations are equipped with separate throttles installed at the evaporator inlet of each electric installation. Evaporator in CC electric motor is connected to the fan, and the evaporator in the CC of the frequency converter is installed in the assembled housing of the air duct, where the directed air flow from the exhaust fans installed at the output of the housing of the frequency converter arrives. Fluid medium pumped by pump unit passes through the heat exchanger housing and contacts the coil of heat exchanger.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the level of technological effectiveness of pumping of liquid media with a pump in a closed room due to efficient recycling of excess heat generated during operation of a pump with a frequency converter, solar radiation, process pipelines affecting operating performances of working equipment.
