FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to distribution plates intended for supply of gas and liquid to direct-flow chemical reactors with downward flow of gas and liquid. Gas phase and liquid phase filtration and distribution device comprises solid plate located in horizontal plane, on which there are essentially fixed vertical branch pipes, open on their upper and lower ends and equipped with holes, and a plurality of detachable baskets configured to receive and retain the filter medium, wherein each detachable basket is limited by a vertical ellipsoidal wall or at least three side vertical walls and a bottom permeable to gas and liquid, and wherein each basket is provided with a support means operable together with the tray to support a removable basket.
EFFECT: invention provides ease of installation and dismantling of reactor, reduced time of its downtime and prevention of premature clogging of catalyst layer.
