FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for determining the roll angle of a high-speed aircraft. To determine the roll angle, the following are performed: measuring the projection of the angular velocity of the aircraft in a roll-rotating coordinate system associated with the aircraft, integration of measurement of longitudinal transducer of angular velocity, filtration of measurements of transverse transducers of angular velocity with selection in measurement of frequency band with central frequency equal to measurement of longitudinal transducer of angular velocity, demodulation of filtered measurements of transverse angular velocity transducers using an angle equal to time integral of the longitudinal angular velocity transducer, filtering demodulated signals of transverse angular velocity transducers with extraction of low frequencies in the signal, determination of the initial phase of the roll angle without corrections; wherein linear regression coefficients are determined between the initial phase of the roll angle without corrections and the integral of the longitudinal angular velocity transducer by the least squares method, determining the phase delay of the demodulated signals of the transverse angular velocity transducers after filtering, determining the correction taking into account the effect of the change in the yaw angle, forming the current value of the roll angle based on the integral of the longitudinal angular velocity transducer, linear regression coefficients, the phase delay value of the demodulated angular velocity transducers after filtering, correction, taking into account the effect of variation of the yaw angle.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of roll angle determination.
