SUBSTANCE: automatic switch with control from push-button (10) with swinging working element, comprising: housing (20) made of electrically insulating material, having a lower wall, side walls (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d), connected to bottom wall, and open side (21') located opposite the lower wall, button (30), by means of which it is possible to control switching of electric circuit of automatic circuit breaker (10) and having housing part with side walls (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d), crossing said open side (21'), push button (10) made with possibility of smooth movement relative to housing (20) along movement axis, between front position and rear position; a swinging working member configured to control switching of the electric circuit, a pressure transmitting working member (60) movably attached to the body of push button (30) and rotatable about the axis of rotation relative to the initial angular position; resilient element (61) made with possibility of return to initial position of pressure transmitting working element (60) after its rotation, resilient element is or includes wire spring (61).

EFFECT: technical result is providing smoothness when pressing the push-button.
