SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for field preparation of natural gas with simultaneous production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and can be used in gas industry. Proposed is a plant including inlet and intermediate separators, a recuperative heat exchanger, a fractionating column, a heat exchanger, a compressor, first and second refrigerators, an expander, reducing devices, an LNG separator and a fractionation unit. During operation of the plant crude gas is separated in inlet separator into hydrocarbon condensate and gas, which is divided into two streams, first is supplied for cooling to lower heat and mass exchange section of column, mixed with second flow cooled in recuperative heat exchanger, separated in separator into hydrocarbon condensate and gas, which is reduced and supplied to the column together with reduced hydrocarbon condensates. From the bottom of the column, the demethanized condensate is fed into a fractionation unit from which liquid products are removed, wherein a portion of the conditioned gas is supplied to the unit as a coolant. From the top of the column, dry stripped gas is discharged, divided into a stream of process gas, which is reduced in an expander and heated in a first cooler, and a stream of production gas, which is heated in a heat exchanger, compressed, cooled in second cooler, heat exchanger, first cooler, reduced and separated into LNG and gas, which is mixed with process gas to form prepared gas, which as coolant is supplied first into upper heat exchange section of column, then to recovery heat exchanger and discharged.
EFFECT: high output of hydrocarbons C2+, high output of LNG and elimination of use of external sources of low-temperature cold.
