FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for field preparation of natural gas with simultaneous production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and can be used in the gas industry. The proposed installation includes inlet and intermediate separators, recuperative heat exchanger, fractionation column, heat exchanger, compressor, first and second refrigerators, expander, reducing devices, LNG separator and fractionation unit. When the unit is operating, the raw gas is separated in the inlet separator into hydrocarbon condensate and gas, which is divided into two streams, the first is fed for cooling to the lower heat and mass exchange section of the column, mixed with the second stream cooled in a recuperation heat exchanger, separated in the separator into hydrocarbon condensate and gas, which is reduced and fed into the column together with the reduced hydrocarbon condensates. From the bottom of the column, the demethanized condensate is fed into the fractionation unit, from which liquid products are removed, while part of the stripped or process gas is fed into the unit as a refrigerant. Stripped gas is removed from the top of the column, separated into a process gas stream, which is reduced in an expander and heated in a first cooler, and a product gas stream, which is heated in a heat exchanger, compressed, cooled in a second cooler, a heat exchanger, a first cooler, reduced and separated into LNG and gas, which is mixed with the process gas to form a prepared gas, which is fed as a refrigerant first into the upper heat-exchange section of the column, then into a recuperation heat exchanger and discharged.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the yield of C2+ hydrocarbons, increase in the yield of LNG, and the elimination of the use of third-party sources of low-temperature cold.
