SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to noise silencer adapted to control airflow passage for air flow passage in air duct, comprising plate, adjusting device and mounting element, having a resilient mounting wire connected to corresponding first and second ends of mounting element, wherein plate is attached to adjusting device, and adjusting device is attached to mounting element, wherein the adjusting device comprises at least one substantially round opening for receiving the mounting element, wherein the mounting element in the installed state is elastically bendable relative to the round opening of the adjustment device, wherein the distance between the first and second ends of the mounting element is set so as to decrease when the mounting wire is elastically bent when installing the noise silencer in the air duct, and wherein the first and second ends interact with the inner surface of the air duct, in order to detach noise silencer in air duct, and adjusting device is pivotally fixed on mounting element.
EFFECT: this makes it possible to create noise silencer, which is simple for fastening and removal, and also provides for low noise level.
