FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a ventilating window (10), comprising frame (11, 12, 13, 14), outer flap (711, 721, 731, 741) to which is attached at least one outer pane (91) of outer flap, inner flap (15, 16, 17, 18), which is attached to at least one inner pane (94) of inner flap. Either inner flap (15, 16, 17, 18) or outer flap (711, 721, 731, 741) is attached to frame (11, 12, 13, 14) and other is attached to frame (11, 12, 13, 14) or to flap fixed to frame, so that between inner flap (15, 16, 17, 18) and outer flap (711, 721, 731, 741) is an intermediate space (90). Ventilation window (10) has at least one frame insertion hole (32) formed in frame (11, 12, 13, 14), at least one flap insertion hole (34, 36) formed in inner flap (15, 16, 17, 18) and at least one flap insertion hole (38, 40) provided in outer flap (711, 721, 731, 741) intended for mounting device (50) for ventilating. Also disclosed is a system (1900) for ventilating buildings, rooms or premises, comprising at least one ventilation window (10) described above, configured as a window which can be operated separately or jointly as a group with other. Also disclosed is a ventilation device (50) adapted to use in ventilation window (10) described above, and/or ventilation system in a building as described above. Also disclosed is a method of producing ventilation device (50) described above for ventilation windows (10) of different sizes. Main part (52) of ventilation device (50) is manufactured in several different sizes depending on size of frame or opening (19) of ventilating window (10). For frames and openings (19) of different sizes are used upper arm and/or lower arm (53) of same size. Also provided is a method of monitoring need for maintenance of ventilating device (50).

EFFECT: ventilating device (50) or ventilation system (1900) to which device (50) belongs, is used for automatic control of clogging of filter (302) for incoming air and/or filter (309) for outgoing air flow, and also indicates need to replace filter, for example, by delivering a new filter, or by sending a worker performing maintenance for replacing filters.
