FIELD: tightness control devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for monitoring tightness of vessels of large volume. Device is a compact unit arranged inside closed volume of inspected vessel (1), and comprises plate (2), reference pressure chamber (15), thermal resistance (23), bleed valve (24), two electric valves (27, 28), sensor (35) of pressure difference, as well as harnesses (41) for controlling devices of the device and monitoring their readings, passing through the hermetic elements to the control and recording equipment located outside vessel (1). Inner surface of reference chamber (15) is coppered and stepped. Inside reference chamber (15) there are two coaxially located tubes, on each of which there are bushings and nuts tightening the bushings, as well as a radiator from the material of high heat conductivity. Radiator is made in the form of parallel arranged perforated disks of different diameter, each of which is fixed on corresponding protrusion of stepped surface of reference chamber (15) and between bushes. Ventilation jacket (3) of heat-conducting material consisting of two connected hemispheres (4, 5) is installed with clearance from outside of reference chamber (15). In pole of upper hemisphere (5) of ventilation casing (3) there is a hole, in pole of lower hemisphere (4) there is neck with flange, by which it is fixed opposite to existing hole in plate (2). Fan (10) is fixed opposite said neck on opposite side of plate (2).
EFFECT: higher accuracy of large volume vessels tightness control.
