FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for air separation (division) of loose materials and can be used in food, chemical and other industries, as well as in agriculture for preparation of seeds for sowing or for breeding purposes. Separator for separation of loose mixture into fractions comprises loading hopper with vibrating chute, slot-type air flow generator, separation chamber with collectors of fractions, return air duct for circulation of air flow, device for creation of circulating air flow and removal of dust. Device for circulation of air flow in separator and removal of impurities and dust consists of central impeller located in cylindrical thickening chamber with controlled dusty air outlet, a circulating airflow injection chamber separated from the thickening chamber by an annular partition, and an inlet branch pipe with a control damper at the inlet connecting the return air duct to the inlet of the impeller.
EFFECT: higher quality of separation of loose mixture into fractions, as well as reduced power consumption and simplified design.
