SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat-and-oil and feed industry. A method for processing sunflower meal, including grinding, sieving into fractions, is characterized by the fact that after the operation of grinding and sieving into fractions of 0-02, 0.2-0.5, 0.5-1 and more than 1 mm in size, the first fraction is 0- 0.2 mm, being a high-protein product. It is immediately sent through the transport channel to the collector of high-protein products. Fractions from n> 1 - 0.2-0.5 mm to n-1 - 0.5-1 mm are sent to pneumatic sorting tables 4a and 4b, where they are divided into high-protein and low-protein products and sent to collectors of high-protein products 5 and low-protein products 6, intermediate products are returned to the inputs of pneumosorting tables 4a and 4b. Fraction n - more than 1 mm is sent to a pneumosorting table 4c, where it is divided into a product with a high content of fiber, which is sent to the waste collector 7, and the aggregates of the kernel and husk are returned for repeated grinding, and the intermediate product is returned to the input of the pneumosorting table 4c.

EFFECT: invention simplifies technology of sunflower meal processing, as well as obtains high-quality concentrate from high-protein product, low-protein product and fiber.
