FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the foundry. Mold comprises cavity (5) reproducing casting (Z) and melt feed system. Supply system comprises gate (10) and gating channel (7) connected to it and feeding system (8). Cavity (5) of mold is connected to feed system (8) or to gating channel (7) by means of connections (9a, 9b). Gating channel (7), in direction (S) of incoming melt flow, is made with branch (18, 19) directed away from gate (10) along supply system (8) and with backward directed branch (20) connected to branch (18, 19) directed towards the side, is led to branch (18, 19) directed towards the side in the opposite direction along feeding system (8). At the same time supply system (8) is connected with branch (18, 19) and with branch (20) by means of two or more frames (21-24) located with distribution along corresponding branch (18, 19, 20).
EFFECT: reliable production of casts of very complex shape and hard-to-cast alloys with improvement of their quality.
