FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of cutting bar chains of machines used in construction and mining, and can be used for cutting of coal beds, as well as soil when making trenches, slots or for its loosening during development. Barrier cutting chain includes pivotally interconnected links made of sheet metal by welding of plates and fastening platform by three-plates and two-plates so that at alternation five-layer connections of links are formed with axes. On free ends of axles support rollers are installed, made with possibility of rotation and fixed on axes with retaining rings. Plates with fastening holders are arranged by welding connections at attachment points of the links according to the arrangement scheme, which provides cutting pitch and cut width on the chain section by groups of cutters fixed in cutter holders by cotter pins and installed at acute angle forward.
EFFECT: improving reliability and efficiency of operation, as well as providing technical possibility of varying width of cut.
