FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: cut contains a holder, a head in the form of a body of revolution with a replaceable working part, into which a tip of carbide material is mounted. The length of the replaceable working part of the head is 0.4-0.8 of the length of the head. The replaceable working part of the head is made with an axial cylindrical projection and an annular groove. The head is made with a nest to accommodate an axial protrusion. The head has a through threaded hole in the socket. In the threaded through hole, there is a locking screw that enters the annular groove of the replaceable working part of the head. The head with the slot of the locking screw is buried in the threaded hole. The tip is made in the form of a disk fixed in the axial slot of the replaceable working part of the head on the axis of rotation and equipped with a cutting edge. In the head of the cutting tool, a second seat is provided in which the axial projection of the second exchangeable working part of the head is located. At the side of the second nest solved through the threaded hole in which screwed the second set screw so that it is located in the second nest and placed into the second ring machining second interchangeable head working section. The head with the slot of the locking screw is buried in the threaded hole. At the end of the second replaceable working part of the head, opposite to the axial projection, there is a cone tip made of hard-alloy material. In holder, there is a hole for the cotter pin to lock the cutter in the toolholder channel in regulation matches plane passing through the axis of rotation changeable working parts of the head, cutting plane array. The first replaceable working part of the head with the tip in the form of a disk is placed first in the direction of movement of the tool. The head of the cutter is made tapering in the direction from the holder to the tips to the oval, encompassing the circumference of both replaceable parts and the head.
EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of breaking rock mass.
