SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air preparation unit (102) for braking device (100) of commercial vehicle. Air preparation unit (102) has foot brake module (114) for pneumatic connection of air preparation unit (102) with brake assembly foot brake (100) module (116), at least, valve unit (110) for supply of control pressure to padding (114) of foot brake module (116) and device (118) for control of valve unit (110).
EFFECT: technical result is control of pneumatic module of foot brake of commercial vehicle brake device in case of failure of electronic braking system by means of air preparation unit of braking device.
