SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of seasonal or daily accumulation of heat in soil of underground location and its primary use in future for purposes of heat supply and/or conditioning of premises. Invention is intended for use of excessive seasonal heat or cold, and then their subsequent use in opposite seasons with lack of heat or cold, respectively for heat supply or air conditioning/cooling in rooms. Invention objective is to increase efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems. Invention meets industrial applicability criterion.

EFFECT: technical result is saving of non-renewable energy resources and increase of heat pump transformation ratio due to increase or decrease of energy level in soil heat and cold accumulators by means of heat and waterproofing of soil accumulators.
