FIELD: physics, communication.

SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to transfer of electromagnet waves impulses via transmitting medium in the form of signals and to appropriate transfer of information. For the purpose short-term impulse of linear-polarised electromagnet waves is used as impulse signal, and parametre that serves for reflection of information contained in signal is orientation of polarisation plane that might take one of fixed orientation angular positions for separate signal. These angular positions have a row of discrete (discontinuous) values, which are compared to values of information sent by impulse. In order to receive signal impulse, set of sources is used with invariable, fixed orientations of linear polarisation for their serial connection/disconnection in order that is determined by transmitted information. Reception of impulses sequence is realised with recognition of their polarisation positions and accordingly with information values born by signal impulses. Efficiency of system directly depends on number of recognised discrete angular positions in identified range.

EFFECT: increased amount of information sent by single impulse signal without reduction of frequency characteristics of impulse signals.
