FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to a hot-stamped part used, in particular, in structural elements or reinforcing elements of a vehicle. Part comprises a middle part of the sheet thickness and a layer with reduced hardness, located on one or both sides of the medium-thickness part of the sheet. Average thickness of the sheet contains, wt%: 0.20 to less than 0.70 C, less than 3.00 Si, 0.20 to less than 3.00 Mn, 0.10 or less P, 0.10 or less S, 0.0002–3.0000 of sol. Al, 0.01 or less N, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein hardness of said part is 500–800 HV. In the metal structure, from depth of 20 mcm under the surface of the layer with reduced hardness to the depth equal to 1/2 of the layer thickness with reduced hardness, in the section passing parallel to the sheet thickness, when the "crystal grain" region is set as surrounded by boundaries having a difference in orientation of 15° or more, total relative area of crystalline grains, within which maximum difference in orientation of crystals is 1° or less, and crystalline grains, within which maximum difference in orientation of crystals is 8°–15°, ranges from 20 % to less than 50 %.
EFFECT: high bendability, ductility, impact resistance and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, as well as minimum spread on hardness.
