SUBSTANCE: group of inventions generally relates to selection and tuning of well operation parameters for production of hydrocarbons at mature oil fields. Method of adjusting parameters of operation of wells at mature oil fields is implemented by at least one hardware processor. Method includes receiving a set of initial geological models of reservoir bed. On their basis forecasts of pumping and extraction of fluids on wells are constructed as a function of time. Providing reception of historical data on wells, including at least actual data on pumping and production of fluids in wells in time. Providing rules for progressive accounting of historical data for each well, as well as reception of efficiency metric. Latter is calculated for each geological model on the basis of production indices. These parameters include progressive formation based on rules of multiple geological models of reservoir bed. This is ensured by bringing a set of initial geological models of the reservoir bed to a subset of historical data on wells according to rules for forming a set of intermediate geological models of the reservoir bed and bringing them into compliance with the next subset of historical data on wells according to the rules. Set of essentially different geological models of reservoir bed is determined from multiple geological models of reservoir bed. Medium-term schedule of well operation parameters is formed - well head size and/or electric pumps rotational speed on the basis of set of essentially different geological models of reservoir bed and efficiency metric. Medium-term schedule of well operation parameters is implemented in order to control pumping and extraction of fluids at each well by installation of a nozzle of the selected size and rotation frequency of electric pumps.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in the method efficiency and device operation reliability.
