FIELD: defectoscopy.

SUBSTANCE: use for monitoring of technical condition of internal polymer coating of pipelines during operation. Essence of the invention consists in the following: in the method of monitoring the technical state of internal protective-insulating coatings: formation of pipeline section with fluid isolated from main section; forming a measurement bridge circuit comprising at least two series-connected arms, each of which is formed by electric resistance and capacity of pipeline, its protective insulation coating and liquid, located in insulated pipeline section, wherein vertices of supply diagonal of bridge circuit are connected to liquid of insulated section of pipeline, and vertex of measuring diagonal of measuring bridge circuit is connected to liquid of main pipeline section; supplying signals to supply diagonal of measurement bridge circuit; movement of measuring bridge circuit via pipeline and measurement of signal in measurement diagonal of measuring bridge circuit.

EFFECT: possibility of improving accuracy and reliability of flaw detection of protective insulation coating.
