SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method for indicating a resource includes receiving, by a first terminal from a base station, information indicating a division of frequency-time resources that can be primarily occupied, wherein division of frequency-time resources, which can be priority occupied, comprises at least one unit of time domain and at least one unit of frequency area; reception by a first terminal from a base station of frequency and time resource indication information, wherein time-to-time resource indication information indicates that the first frequency-time resource is primarily occupied and the first frequency-time resource comprises a pre-occupied time-domain unit in said at least one time-domain unit and a frequency occupied region unit in the said at least one frequency area unit.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of use of frequency-time resources due to prevention of their overlapping and in provision of timely processing of service with short delay.
