SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications. Network device sends indication information to the terminal, where the indication information indicates that the terminal needs to detect puncturing information in the channel. Network device sends data puncturing data in the channel to the terminal. Network device sends the data channel to the terminal, where data in the channel are punctured in the resource location. Terminal receives indication information from the network device indicating that data puncturing information in the channel is to be detected. Terminal receives data puncturing data in a channel from the network device based on the indication information and receives a data channel, where the information to be sent to the terminal is not transmitted at the location of the punctured resource in the data channel.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of transmission efficiency when performing data transmission in a data channel resource.
