FIELD: computer engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Technical result is achieved by setting a list of types of computers from an optimized onboard network with given parameters, a list of functions belonging to optimized onboard network systems, with a given resource consumption, interrelationships between given functions, a list of exceptions which determine prohibition of finding certain types of functions in one computer, formation of value of priority coefficients and limits of computer loading, successive comparison of the resource intensity of each function with parameters of each computer and selection of a calculator and functions which ensure the least comparison value when comparing parameters of the computer and resource intensity of functions assigned to it.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and fail-safety of onboard network with minimization of number of computers onboard network and optimization of information flows in computer network of DME in terms of traffic minimization with observance of all requirements to information support of OBES.
