SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a reservoir for use with an inhalation medium generating device, which contains a flavouring substance containing substance enabling the possibility of the steam or aerosol flow generated by the device through the flavouring substance flowing in order to capture one or several components of this substance with formation of an inhaled medium. At that, the reservoir is configured to maintain the air gap separating the chamber end outlet and the flavouring substance when it is introduced into the chamber, wherein the outlet end is configured to enable the inhaled medium to flow from the chamber.
