FIELD: technological processes; jewelery industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing jewelery stone, which consists in splicing two elements, where one of the elements used is faceting quartz, the other element is a plate made from natural or synthetic stone. Method involves application of ultraviolet curing adhesive on connected surfaces of elements, their connection, placing in vacuum press with subsequent holding in it for four hours at pressure 0.4–0.6 MPa, temperature 55–90 °C and exposure to ultraviolet rays with wavelength 365 nm.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of jewelery stone, having rich color with preservation of contrast radiance in specified part of front surface of stone and effect of transparency and depth, and also in high strength, resistance to atmospheric effects, long service life.
