FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement system for wind-driven power plant (100) for determination of force (220) of rotor tie-rod. Measuring device determines the first bending moment of tower (102) at the first height and the second bending moment of tower (102) at the second height different from the first height. First and second bending moments are composed of proper torque component, pitch moment component and thrust component. Traction force determination unit sets force (220) of rotor thrust (106) based on comparison of at least first and second bending moments, so that component of intrinsic moment and component of pitch moment are discarded.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification and reliability when determining turbulence in an adjacent jet of a wind-driven power plant.
