SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wind-driven power plant, a shaft section of the wind-driven power plant and a method of assembling the wind-driven power plant. Wind-driven power plant (100) with nacelle (4), generator (12) arranged in nacelle (4), tower (2) and yawing bearing (24) to adjust alignment of nacelle (4) downwind in such a way, that the yawing bearing is arranged below nacelle (4) in yawing vertical shift (26) and nacelle (4) is supported on yawing bearing (24) above vertical shaft section (20) of the same length as yawing shift (26). Height position for yawing bearing (24) in the tower is determined in such a way, that on yawing bearing (24) the total value of static torque (mSN) of pitch inherent to the center of gravity in nacelle (4) in front of yawing bearing (24) and of average tractive effort torque (mS) typical of the wind load acting on aerodynamic rotor (106) is minimized, in particular, the total value for average tractive effort torque (mS) has the value equal to zero.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at decreasing the load on the wind-driven power plant yawing bearing.
