SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and radio engineering, is intended for synthesis of complex frequency-modulated signals and can be used in radio communication and telecommunication systems. Digital computing synthesizer of frequency-modulated signals comprises reference generator (1), unit of formation and delay (2), first memory register (3), first digital frequency storage (4), second memory register (5), second digital frequency storage (6), adder (7), digital phase accumulator (8), code-to-sine functional converter (9), digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) (10), low-pass filter (11), third memory register (12), divider with variable division factor (13). Digital inputs of the digital synthesizer are inputs of the first, second and third memory registers, and its analog output is LPF output.

EFFECT: enabling generation of complex frequency-modulated signals to introduce additional frequency modulation for transmitting information.
