SUBSTANCE: heat-conducting plate comprises: a plate body forming a patterned segment and having a first side and a second side opposite to the first side; laying groove extruded in the plate body in the direction from the first side to the second side and having the lower wall, wherein the lower wall has the lower wall body; wherein the laying groove includes at least a first segment with a first recess formed on the lower wall body and extruded from the bottom wall body in a direction from the first side to the second side, and a second segment with a second recess formed on the bottom wall body and extruded from the bottom wall body in the direction from the second side to the first side, wherein said second segment is configured to enclose the liner. Present invention also relates to a heat exchanger made from such heat-conducting plates.
EFFECT: invention can be used in a heat-conducting plate for a plate-type heat exchanger.
