SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of granulated media and, in particular, to mixing powders, particularly actinide powders, and to their deagglomeration/re-agglomeration to produce a mixture with high homogeneity by means of cryogenic fluid medium, also called cryogenic medium. Device for mixing powders using a cryogenic fluid medium comprises at least: a mixing chamber for mixing powders, comprising a cryogenic fluid, a powder feed chamber for bringing powders into the mixing chamber, means of mixing in a mixing chamber to allow mixing powders suspended in a cryogenic fluid medium.

EFFECT: invention provides a process of mixing powders with sufficient level of homogeneity.
