SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of granulated media and, in particular, to mixing powders, particularly actinide powders, and to their deagglomeration/re-agglomeration to produce a mixture with high homogeneity by means of cryogenic fluid medium, also called cryogenic medium. Device for mixing powders by means of cryogenic fluid medium contains mixing chamber for mixing powders, containing cryogenic fluid medium and equipped with means for formation of fluidised layer of powders, powder feed chamber for their introduction into mixing chamber, chamber for supply of cryogenic fluid medium for provision of its introduction into mixing chamber, system for generation of vibrations in fluidized layer of powders and system for control of vibration generation system.

EFFECT: invention provides optimization of mixing process.
