FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Essence of flare combustion method of wastes of solid municipal waste sorting in fire tube boiler consists in that it includes preliminary drying in circulating layer within boiler, starting from wastes supply into drying zone, further circulation of dried wastes into combustion zone, at that, during circulation, wastes are successively subjected to drying in boiling layer, radiation drying in suspended state by direct radiation of burnt waste torches and gas-contact drying in cocurrent high-speed stream of hot gases in smoke tubes with subsequent sedimentation of dried wastes in sedimentation cyclones in external part of circulation circuit outside the boiler and their transportation for combustion to cyclone prefurnace with torch afterburning in combustion chambers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and improved environmental characteristics of combustion of SMW sorting wastes.
